Heavenly Ranch Ecletus - FRED AND KRISTEN WILLIAMS HEAVENLY RANCH ARE IRRESPONSIBLE BIRD BREEDERS!

Not resolved

These people sell Eclectus Birds without educating their customers what so ever as to the proper diet or how to properly care for these precious creatures. They breed 6 months longer than any other parrot species and start picking their feathers and have all kinds of issues because the diet these people recommend is completely incorrect.

The only reason their birds look healthy (which is completely deceiving) is because they are breeding!~ I don't know how any parrot breeder sleeps at night and I highly recommend that you reconsider before owning a parrot. It is cruel to to put a bird in a cage.

:p Ridiculous (That's how you spell it tool) Birds are not meant to be in cages.Period.

Fred and Kristen Williams do not educate their buyers in a responsible fashion. They should not be selling birds period. If you do your research (which I highly doubt since you can't even spell properly) there are more birds in rescues than they can handle due to picking, biting, diet issues, screaming,etc... You're more than likely a breeder and that's why your birds have fewer issues.

They are mating!Stick to what you know and keep your cretinous and unlettered opinions to yourself.

:upset Annie, you're just as much of a tool as these Eclectus Breeders.THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE YOGURT OR ANY DAIRY PRODUCTS.

They are not mammals.

It is cruel to put an animal that is supposed to fly, forage and *** in a cage.Period.

You are completely incorrect.Even our regular Avian Vet, whom has raised many birds himself, says our bird has a healthy balanced diet.

You come across as some whacked-out freak throwing a hissy fit. Our bird is very happy and healthy and again, he has been a part of our family nearly 2 decades now. Not that i owe you or anyone any explanation. You're rediculous and I am quite sure you're just set in your crazy ways.

Can't stand people like you that think you know everything and preach to people about how to take care of their pets.Get over yourself

You're a *** roar you obviously don't know anything bout birds either. My gf's mom has cockatoo now for 16 years and she loves her cage...

Wings are not clipped and she has no set diet and she chooses not to fly even when give the opportunity. So STFU you PETA wanna be!!!!

P.S.Everything taste better with bacon and viel.

(Not from above breeders) We have had our male Eclectus 17 years and he is thriving. Only once did he go through a phase where he picked, and with extra attention and pampering his feathers grew back. Now it is just his normal annual molting.

We have always fed our Eclectus fresh fruit and vegetables, along with some people foods that he loves like spaghetti, yogurt, rice, and spicy foods. He always has a steady free feed bowl of dry ZooPreme brand for munchies throughout the day until he gets a prepared fruit/veggie helping or a cooked meal. NEVER feed any bird only seeds.

Anyway, our male Eclectus is just fab! Big talker and super sweet love bug!

:( I completely agree with the other reviews. We purchased a male Eclectus from Fred and Kristen Williams.

They gave us completely misleading information about how little is known about this species of parrot. We spent more than $10,000 trying to keep our guy happy, stop his feather picking due to the raging hormones they have from not being able to mate.(again not disclosed by Fred and Kristen Williams). Spent countless hours on what to properly feed them only to find out from a highly trained Avian vet that their diet IS THE LEAST STUDIED IN THE WILD!!! So you could do EVERYTHING RIGHT AND YOUR BIRD WILL STILL BE MISERABLE, LONELY, *** AND MORE WORK THAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE.

We will be working on getting the legislation changed so that you can't even put a bird in a cage. Kristen and Fred we hope you come back as bird in a third world country in a cage 4 sizes too small. You are irresponsible people taking the easy way out of life and breeding birds to make money.

Go get a real job and cleanse your soul of the immense amount of heartache you have caused these poor creatures and their owners.Shame on you both.
